The CTC provider network is the most comprehensive in the U.S. and includes ophthalmologists, optometrists, independent optical centers and national chain locations such as Pearle Vision, JCPenney Optical, Sears Optical, Target Optical, LensCrafters, EyeMasters and QualSight LASIK.
