The Co-Health Group and Association Plans have been specifically designed to provide groups and associations’ members and families with important health care benefits at a discounted rate to make these benefits more affordable. At Co-Health Benefits we have tried to tailor our plans with the understanding that these are hard economic times and whether you are insured or uninsured the reality is these costs are a fact of life.

Co-Health has joined forces with your Group or Association to benefit you, the members. A typical family of four can save between eight (8) and fifteen (15) times the Annual Membership fee depending on the specific Co-Health Program selected. Co-Health Benefits has contracted with some of the industry’s largest networks such as Aetna Dental Access^® and Coast to Coast to provide its members with excellent discounts that amount to big savings.

There are over 350,000 providers throughout the United States within the Dental, Vision, Pharmacy, Chiropractic and Physicians Networks.

The Association Plan has been welcomed by thousands of people across the country. Members, regardless of where they reside, can obtain the same important benefits being offered to current members. And they can include any dependent members of their immediate family.

There are no health restrictions - there is no paperwork to fill out. You simply show your Co-Health Membership Card at the time of your scheduled appointment and the savings belong to you. You may use your card as many times as needed. Your membership in any of the Co-Health Plans provides benefits to you throughout the United States - anywhere, anytime.

Remember - All Co-Health Benefits apply equally to you, your spouse and all your children. One membership includes your entire dependant family living in your household.

Receive your ID card and Welcome Package
Use your zip code to select a Provider for Services
Present your card and receive your discounts on the spot

It is a Health Care Discount Plan wherein registrants become Co-Health Members. As members they have access to the Professional Providers within each program network. These providers have contracted to offer their products/services on a specially discounted basis.

Members receive their discounts/savings at time of purchase/service. The member is responsible for the balance of the costs incurred, beyond the discount. Actual costs and savings vary by provider and geographical area.
