We are proud to introduce you to the Co-Health Benefits Plan. The programs within the Plan have been professionally designed to bring you savings in health related areas where you regularly make purchases of healthcare products and services, but have little, or no, reimbursement, available through Insurance or Medicare. The Co-Health Benefits Plan is designed to offset these "out of pocket" expenses and to help you meet the ever-increasing cost of Health Care. In America today, the rising cost of prescription drugs is truly alarming. The annual trip to the dentist for a family of four is often "postponed" or delayed due to the considerable expense. A simple annual eye exam is often overlooked and the average cost of prescription eyeglasses - just one pair of glasses or contact lenses - can cost over $300.00. The average family of four with a Co-Health Membership not only saves over $800.00 a year but they receive the Health Care their family needs and deserves.
Today, Co-Health is the leader in discount health care in America. The company was founded by William R. Strack, CLU, the former President and CEO of All-American Life Insurance Company - one of the US Life Insurance companies. Professionalism, leadership and customer service have been our hallmark.
The Co-Health Benefits Plan was originally developed in 1994 to provide savings and discounts in specific Health Care areas commonly utilized by the general public, but not normally reimbursable by Insurance or Medicare. That remains our mission today.
Today, the Co-Health Benefits Plan is a Membership Plan where you pay one low annual membership fee (all family members are included at no additional cost) to have access to the Professional Providers in each of the program Provider Networks comprising the Plan. Each of these Providers has been contracted to offer their products and services on the basis of a specially negotiated discount off their usual and customary charges.
While the Comprehensive Co-Health Plan is offered as a package for individuals and members of Affinity Groups, certain programs are also offered on a Stand Alone Basis to meet specific primary needs: Vision, Dental and Pharmacy.
